| In May 2007, we were extremely fortunate to have Kristi Moody from Pourfections provide bartending services for our son’s wedding. In hopes of providing our guests with the best possible experience, we wanted a professional bartender to handle that significant piece of the reception puzzle. If you have ever planned a wedding, you know being out-of-state only adds to the stress of the unknown. With that thought in mind, we made a pre-wedding trip to Gatlinburg with less than a month before the big day. As luck would have it, I found Kristi’s company on-line and called her from the road. Her personality and professionalism put me at ease almost immediately. She was thoughtful and kind, well-organized and proficient. Not one of my many questions was too insignificant in her mind. By the time our conversation ended (remember, I was conducting all of this from the car), we had the reception’s most important thing nailed down…Kristi. During the course of the next three weeks, Kristi and I exchanged numerous e-mails and phone calls. From beverage selection, to glass ware Kristi always welcomed my questions. We worked up until several days before the wedding confirming our plans, and she was a total gem the entire time. When we finally met face-to-face, I felt like I had a friend. The reception was absolutely wonderful – in part due to Kristi. Many of our guests commented on the awesome touch she added to the night. From the time we walked in the door until we left the celebration, we knew we were in good hands. I cannot emphasize how much stress Kristi took off our shoulders or how much fun she was to work with. If you are ever in the Gatlinburg area and need a wonderful addition to your celebration, you would be crazy not to contact Kristi Moody. “Cheers” to you Kristi...thanks for the memories!!! We knew that there would be though from the time we contacted you about providing these services for us. You were always very detail oriented, organized, professional yet personable prior to the event, so we knew when the day finally came, everything would go well. When we contacted you we gave you a mere 4 weeks notice to host this event. While you were not available to personally host this event, you went out of your way to provide us with a back-up plan.
